Founder | Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager

Kirsty has over 10 years’ experience in admin and social media, having worked across a wide range of industries including health, entertainment, property, legal, construction, beauty and catering.

She brings a unique perspective to her work, shaped by her time in the ambulance service and as the founder of her own first aid training company. This background has developed strong organisational skills, clear communication and confident decision-making — all of which are at the heart of Glow Social.

Kirsty values flexible, sustainable ways of working that support both business growth and real life. As a mum of two, she understands the importance of balance, clarity and systems that make work feel manageable rather than overwhelming.


Claire Napper

Virtual Assistant & Website Designer

Claire has over six years’ experience in admin support, social media management and website design.

She loves the flexibility that VA and website work offers, allowing her to balance her health and family commitments while doing work she genuinely enjoys. Claire joined Glow Social to be part of a supportive, trusted team — removing the pressure of working alone and allowing her to thrive.

As Kirsty’s right-hand woman, Claire plays a key role in the day-to-day running of Glow Social, helping to keep everything organised, consistent and running smoothly.

Virtual Assistant

Tiffany joined Glow Social to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team that values quality, creativity and genuine care for its clients.

With just under a year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, she brings dedication, enthusiasm and a strong eye for detail to every project. Tiffany puts her heart and soul into her work and always strives to deliver to the highest standard.

As Kirsty’s left-hand woman, Tiffany ensures tasks are completed, details are never missed — and is often the supportive shoulder when things feel busy behind the scenes.


Rachael Beckett

Executive Assistant

Rachael brings over 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in the London corporate world.

Highly organised and proactive, she thrives on managing priorities, problem-solving and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Rachael joined Glow Social for the flexibility it offers as she returns to work after welcoming her first child.

With her extensive EA background, Rachael is the most organised member of the team — keeping systems tight, standards high and everyone gently in check.
