Our hourly rate is £35-£50 per hour (dependant on what’s involved) Introductory rates available
We use time tracking software to ensure that you are only invoiced for the amount of time (rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes) that we are working on your tasks
Monthly Packages (Paid in Advance)
Do you need regular on-going support or management? Would you like a guaranteed dedicated number of hours support per month? We can discuss a monthly package to suit your needs.
We use time tracking software and so that we keep an accurate record of time spent each month (any unused time will not be rolled over)
Bespoke Project Work
Do you have a set budget? Are your requirements are quite ad-hoc?
Do you have a specific project you need support with?
We can discuss your requirements and make a plan fully tailored to what you need.
Payment is required in advance and must be used within the agreed timescale for project work.
Additional Fees:
If you require any extras, we can help with extras for an additional charge (not exhaustive list):
• Printing costs
• Presentation stationery
• Travel costs (If you need in person support)
• Any purchases made by us on your behalf must be paid in advance
